Here's the card I made for my mom, who is just awesome and then some.
I was in a bit of a pinch because my craft room was being painted last week and today the carpet is being cleaned, and then finally tomorrow I can begin moving things back in and reorganizing. I'm sure some purging will take place as well. ;) But that's for a later post. I only mention it here because aside from the sentiment inside, this card is stamp and digi-free, and the main bits (paper, chipboard letters, wood frame, stickers) came from Studio Calico kits, which I love and adore completely!
Even the little things, like making a card for my mom.
Enjoy your day. May it be blessed, and may you use it to be a blessing to others.
Ooops - Almost forgot to note that this is my entry for the Stampin' Sisters In Christ Challenge #139 to use an animal, bird, or bug in your creation. The challenge theme was inspired by Genesis 6:20.

I used two different pattern papers I had been hoarding (what else is new), and made the black scallop with the SU! corner rounder punch (guard removed). The main image is Super Woman from Amuse, stamped in Palette Black and colored with Copics. I used the SU! Ticket Corner punch on both layers. The sentiment is stamped in SU! Real Red and Palette Black using David Walker Creative Rubber Stamps (25% off at my local Archivers - love that!) for "Super" and Penny Black Kate Text for "Mom," punched out with the SU! Key Tag punch I just got, and edged with more Palette Black to make it stand out. Both the main image and sentiment are on pop dots. 5 clear bling gems on the scallop and a black satin ribbon to top it off.
