I am totally ashamed of myself - almost an entire month since my last post! I know I hate it when the blog buddies I visit go away for so long (especially without warning), and here I've gone and done it to you! My sincere apologies!!!!
While I was gone, I was actually gone. I managed to sneak away for a long weekend with a college friend in Michigan. The highlight (besides seeing my friend) was that we returned to our alma mater and saw Wicked! OMG, was it good!!!!!! We are even doing a swap (just between us) with a Wicked theme. I'll be sure to post what I send and receive.

Oh, lucky, lucky you! I've seen it twice. Once with my husband when he surprised me and took me to see if for our anniversary, and then again when I HAD TO take my two girls to see it! I loved it! I immediately bought the Grimmerie (the book that shows how this show came to Broadway), and the CD soundtrack (play it all the time), and the book (haven't read that yet -- it's a little difficult for me to read -- doesn't "flow"). Anyway, my girls and I are HUGE fans! A swap sounds fun, and I can't wait to see what you make!!
I saw Wicked here in Philadelphia when the show toured a few years ago. I listen the soundtrack a lot as well as to Kristen Chenoweth and Idina Menzel.
